After a lot of thinking and waiting for the Mythic crew to come out with a fix I decided to take this up on myself. I've built a little mod called:
GoIgnoreYourself
This mod will automatically ignore people who are detected to be gold sellers. As your list fills up it will remove the oldest known entry to make room for the new entry. Thus creating an ever changing list of ignores that keeps the newest gold spammers locked down. I've been running it for 2 days now and it's shut gold spam up completely. As I find spammers that manage to bypass the filtering algorithm I'll add more filters. So without delay go get yourself a new shinny mod
