Hey Ben question on Contribution Points

wanted to double check with you on how Contribution Points are earned ,, if I remember corectly you earn them by donating items to the family vault or by participateing {spelled that wrong i know lol} in family run events.

Am thinking the system might be broken or atleast buged ,Since May ive had the following message appear on the web site when ive logged in.


"You have 200 Contribution Points. You will need 300 More Contribution Points To Qualify For The Seaimpin Rank."

while i have been gone from the game for the most part since may i have had the chance to log in and play on 4 seperate occasion ,,, 3 of which i participated in family events ,, city takes, and defences ,, and yesterday with vamps T4 warband event... each time ive claimed my points on the web site after i logged out of game ,, but yet that message hasent changed.. I know youve done some work on the site over the summer and am not sure if im just missing something or if im bugged ,,, probly bugged :P but thought id atleast asked

Contribution points are only earned by donating items to the Tuatha. Family Honor Points are earned by participating in events. Two separate numbers. The thinking is that we want the elders of the Tuatha to be more than about just themselves, we want them looking out for others. Therefor we require donations or leadership to gain past Gaisgeach

As a side note. I've been adding tooltips on all the icons on the site to explain what they are. Try going to the Family Tree and mousing over the icons.

I'm starting to think Ltols trying to find broken things on the site. :P working as intended my friend :P

LOL.. well some ones got to keep you pulling your hair out once in a while -) LOL ty for answering the question though bro -) now all ive got to do is figure out how long its going to take me and what i have to do so i can start posting and hosting events again ,, was thinking of starting up PQ MADNEESS again for this winter but with the change in the leadership console that was done over the summer i find i can no longer post events :P so no PQ MADNEESS till i get the new system figured out and get done what i need to so i qualify for leading again lol

Ltol i haven't changed anything leadership wise. It's the same as its always been.

Speaking of Leadership, For the Next 10 Days I have off from work, and well Im sure there are some Tuatha on in the am and early afternoon. Id love to start hosting events. Being that these will be the first Tuatha Warbands I will be running, When i post my leadership does that allow for the fellowship to be updated so folks can log thier events?
